Job Overview
Western MEP is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Supervisor (HVAC) to oversee and manage HVAC project activities in office. The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge, hands-on experience in HVAC systems, and the ability to lead teams effectively to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain quality standards.
Review and interpret HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards on-site.




Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the management team.
Manage resource allocation, material planning, and work schedules.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to on-site teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.
Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and project documents.
Good communication and team management skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and on-site decision-making capability.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, project documentation tools).
Knowledge of safety protocols and site management best practices.

Eligibility Criteria
Male candidate preferred.
B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant HVAC project experience.
