Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in

Automation Testing, Python scripting, API testing, and QA processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, executing end-to-end testing, and driving quality initiatives in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts
Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber
Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools
Develop Python utilities/scripts for automation support
Drive CI/CD-integrated automation and QA process improvements
Manage defects using Jira and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support release validation, production readiness, and quality reporting
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices

Required Skills




8+ years of experience in Software Testing & Automation Testing
Strong expertise in:
Robot Framework
Selenium WebDriver
TestNG / Cucumber / BDD
Python scripting / Pytest
API Testing (Postman)
Automation Frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid)

• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git/GitHub, Maven
Positive understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in enterprise-scale applications
Exposure to API automation and integration testing
Knowledge of security or performance testing is a plus
