About the RoleWe’re looking for a Personal Brand Specialist who understands that building a personal brand is not about posting every day—it’s about building a point of view people remember.

You will work closely with our CEO/founder to build a robust, authentic and recognisable presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other relevant platforms. Your job will be to turn conversations, experiences, opinions, business lessons and industry observations into content that people actually want to read, watch and share.

You should be equally comfortable having a conversation with a founder, spotting a great content opportunity, writing a sharp LinkedIn post and telling a designer why a particular visual needs to exist.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute the CEO/founder’s personal branding and content strategy.
- Understand the CEO’s personality, expertise, experiences and opinions and translate them into a distinct digital voice.
- Research advertising, marketing, business, culture and industry trends to identify relevant conversations and opportunities.
- Keep an eye on competitors, industry leaders, creators and other robust personal brands to understand what is working—and, more importantly, what isn't.
- Identify content opportunities from the CEO’s business journey, meetings, campaigns, client experiences, failures, wins, opinions and everyday observations.
- Conduct regular conversations with the CEO to extract stories, insights, opinions and perspectives.
- Turn a 20-minute conversation into a strong LinkedIn post, a Reel idea, a carousel or an entire content series.
- Develop content pillars, ideas, hooks, formats and recurring content properties for the CEO.
- Create and/or oversee posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos and thought-leadership content.




- Manage the CEO’s social media content calendar and publishing pipeline.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, video editors and other creative teams to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure every piece of content feels authentic to the CEO, rather than sounding like generic corporate content.
- Track content performance, audience growth, engagement and other relevant metrics.
- Use performance insights to continuously refine the content strategy.
- Identify relevant industry conversations, events, podcasts, interviews and speaking opportunities where the CEO can add value.
- Build the CEO’s positioning as a credible and interesting voice within the advertising, marketing and business ecosystem.

You should have

- 1–3 years of experience in personal branding, social media, content strategy, digital marketing, founder/CEO branding or an agency environment.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- A solid understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and X.
- A good understanding of social media trends, formats and audience behaviour.
- Strong research and content ideation skills.
- The ability to identify a good story hiding inside an ordinary conversation.
- An understanding of what makes a person interesting online, not just what makes a brand look good.
- The confidence to interact directly with senior leadership and ask the right questions.
- The ability to challenge an idea when necessary and bring a strong point of view to the table.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content ideas and deadlines.
- A strategic mindset—you should be thinking about why we're creating something, not just what we're posting.
