Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. This full-time, on-site role based in Patna Sadar involves managing budgets, monitoring campaign performance, and regularly reporting on key metrics and insights. The person in this role will conduct audience and market research, develop testing strategies, and refine targeting, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and ROI.

They will collaborate closely with branding, social media, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution. The role also includes identifying new growth opportunities, staying updated on platform changes,



and implementing best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid performance marketing and paid media skills, including experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Candidates should possess data analysis and optimization skills, such as proficiency with campaign analytics, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and basic reporting dashboards.
