Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Faridabad. This role involves planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including search, social, and display channels.

The Performance Marketing

Executive will manage day-to-day campaign activities, such as keyword research, audience targeting, bid and budget management, and performance tracking. The role includes analyzing campaign data, preparing reports, and optimizing campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.



The executive will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals, support lead generation initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong media buying and affiliate marketing skills to design, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns.
- Mandatory 5+ Years of experience in performance marketing, including hands-on work with major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), is highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver ROI within first 60 days in the campaigns that they manage.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with international teams and convey insights clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales and marketing alignment skills to support lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in using analytics tools and dashboards to interpret campaign performance, are preferred.
- Must have completed B.Tech Degree or MBA.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
