You will build Cura Care's marketing function from the ground up and lead performance marketing across channels: Meta, Google, influencers/affiliates, that make services businesses work. You start hands-on; as we scale, you hire and shape the team under you.

We deliberately call this performance marketing, not "growth." The job is to acquire customers profitably and prove it with numbers.

What you'll do

- Own Meta and Google spend: Strategy, campaign structure, creative testing, landing pages, daily optimization. Hands-on keyboard, not managing an agency deck
- Own the funnel math: CAC by channel, cost per first booking, repeat rate, LTV: CAC, payback. You'll report business metrics, not platform metrics
- Build the creative testing engine: Brief, test, kill, scale. Work with freelancers/creators until we hire in-house
- Run influencer and affiliate experiments for the skin/beauty category
- Set up retention: WhatsApp journeys, rebooking nudges, referral loops. In services, the second booking is the business
- Talk to customers: Regularly, listen to calls, take feedback sessions, ride along on service visits if that's what it takes to understand the journey
- Work directly with the founder on pricing, geo expansion, and what we build next. Your funnel data feeds the business

What we're looking for





- 2-3 years running paid acquisition yourself; you have had your hands on the account, the budget, and the outcome. Agency-side is fine if you truly owned accounts
- Robust with numbers. You can do funnel math live, defend your CAC calculation, and tell us when not to spend
- Curious about customers, not just campaigns. You have talked to users and changed course because of it
- Comfortable with ambiguity- budgets here will ramp with proof, not arrive pre-approved
- IIT (or comparable) background preferred. We care about raw problem-solving ability; the rest can be learned
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate. This is a work-from-office role (HSR Layout)
