About the Role quipp is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of agency experience to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across multiple brands and industries.

You'll work closely with our strategy, creative, content, design, and client servicing teams to deliver measurable growth through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Build full-funnel strategies for lead generation, e-commerce, conversions, website traffic, remarketing, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, CTAs, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Perform audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, media planning, budget allocation, and campaign forecasting.
- Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Meta Conversion API (CAPI), Google Conversion Tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with creative, content,



and strategy teams by providing explicit campaign briefs and optimization recommendations.
- Present campaign performance and growth strategies during client meetings.
- Stay updated with advertising platform updates, AI tools, and industry best practices.

- 3–5 years of agency experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing multiple brands, industries, and campaign objectives simultaneously.
- Experience handling monthly advertising budgets from ₹5 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs+.
- Experience managing campaigns across Indian and international markets.
- Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
- Ownership-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience working with Hospitality, Healthcare, Real Estate, FMCG, Lifestyle, Beauty, Luxury, Education, B2B, SaaS, Consumer, or D2C brands is an added advantage.
