About the RoleDigiweave is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of paid campaigns and drive measurable results for our clients.

You will work on real D2C, E-commerce, Fashion, Lifestyle and FMCG brands, managing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on leads, sales, conversions and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Drive leads, sales, conversions and customer acquisition through paid marketing.
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, optimisation and scaling.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA/CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate.
- Analyse campaign performance and take data-driven optimisation decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies and campaign strategies.
- Work with creative and social media teams to develop performance-focused creatives.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper pixels, conversion tracking, events and analytics are in place.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.




- Stay updated with platform changes, competitor activity and digital marketing trends.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing D2C and E-commerce campaigns independently.
- Proven ability to generate leads and/or sales through paid marketing.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, tracking and performance analysis.
- Good knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and conversion metrics.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience with Amazon Ads or Flipkart Ads will be an added advantage.
- Digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.
