? We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist – D2C

We’re looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketer with strong hands-on expertise in scaling D2C brands through Meta Ads & Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should stay updated with the latest Meta and Google algorithm, attribution, tracking and advertising changes and know how to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Closely analyse ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV and funnel metrics
- Identify performance trends and act quickly based on data
- Analyse creatives, audiences, landing pages and overall customer journey
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
- Test new audiences, creatives, offers and campaign structures
- Provide clear insights on what is working, what isn’t, and what needs to change




- Work closely with the creative/content team to improve ad performance
- Stay ahead of the latest Meta & Google advertising updates and D2C trends
