Company Description Affinity Wealth Management (AWM) is a SEBI-Registered Research Analyst firm focused on providing independent, research-backed insights and unbiased recommendations to retail investors and traders. The organization aims to bridge the gap between institutional-grade research and everyday market participants by offering structured strategies instead of speculation and noise.

Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness for Affinity Wealth Management. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid advertising channels (such as search, social, and display), tracking performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting and creative strategies based on data-driven insights. The role will also involve collaborating with research and advisory teams to translate financial services offerings into clear marketing messages and funnels, and preparing regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

This is a freelance/ work from home role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and adherence to compliance and industry regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong performance marketing skills, including experience with paid search, paid social, display ads, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) and data-driven decision-making for tracking KPIs and ROI.
- Experience in funnel building, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to develop clear, compliant marketing messaging for financial products and services, with basic knowledge of digital content and copywriting.
- Familiarity with the financial markets or investment advisory domain; experience in a regulated financial environment is an advantage.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and coordinate across marketing and research teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain high ethical standards in all marketing activities.
