→ Set up, launch & manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns across client accounts

→ Build campaign structures — Search, Performance Max, Advantage+ & more

→ Write and test ad copy, headlines & creative briefs

→ Track daily performance (spend, CTR, CPL, ROAS) and flag issues early

→ Run audience research, keyword research & competitor analysis

→ Help build client performance reports

→ Support A/B tests, bid tweaks, negative keywords & audience refinement

→ Basic understanding of Meta & Google Ads (coursework, certifications, or personal projects all count)

→ Bonus: Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications

→ Comfort with numbers — you enjoy digging into metrics
