QA Engineer with Service Now Experience : 1. 2 - 5 years of robust experience in Service Now Native and Portal Testing 2. Robust communication skills and knowledge in QA Process (STLC) 3.
Agile
Methodologies, Testing (JIRA, Zephyr, Qmetry) and Defect Management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla etc) 4. Good Experience in e-commerce platforms and models like B2C, B2B,C2C etc 5. Valuable knowledge in parallel browser or platform testing using tools like Browser Stack or Sause labs will add on 6.
Knowledge in API testing tools like Post Man, Swagger UI, SOAP UI, CURL etc 7. Knowledge in cloud platform like AWS, MS Azure and Google will be an add on 8. Basic knowledge in Automation Testing using Selenium and cucumber (open source tools) 9.
Basic knowledge in Performance Testing - JMeter 10. Basic knowledge in Databases like SQL, MySQL etc 11.
Experience in ServiceNow Forms automaton using ATF
