Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within.
Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers
Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
Working with a team leads to resolving people's problems and project roadblocks
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
Presents high-level project readouts for Senior management
Support product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics concerning priorities and scope
Manage other special projects as assigned
MS Project knowledge is an added bonus

Requirements




Minimum 1 years of project management experience
Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Thrives in a highly cooperative, fast-paced workplace
Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum
Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices
Robust understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ needs
Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics
Passionate commitment to delivering products on time
Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience
Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity,
user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
Excellent communicator in person, over the phone, and through email
Self-motivated, organized
