Position: QA manager
Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for garment production in accordance with customer requirements and industry best practices.
Establish and maintain quality control checkpoints throughout the production process to monitor and evaluate product quality and performance.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and sourcing, to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.




Train and mentor quality assurance staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Analyze quality data and metrics to track performance trends, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Manage customer complaints and returns, investigate root causes of quality issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
