Roles &
Responsibilities -
Improve SLA by tracking and follow-ups.
Escalation management
Improve NDR adherence and reduce returns.
Improve delivery TAT of Last-mile shipments and ensure minimum cooling time in the chain.
Requirements
Comfortable in using excel - Intermediate level
Willingness to learn
Knowledge of Supply chain and Logistics (Preferable)
Comfortable in calling
NOTE: This is a 6-days (Mon-Sat) work from office role in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana
