Experience: BE or Diploma Civil with 5 to 10 years’ experience. Location - Virar • Preparing Project Quality Plan (PQP) &
Inspection Testing Plan(ITP &
MTP) • Perform all internal and external quality audits • Manage non-conformance report (NCR) and implementation of preventive measures.
Checking of the quality of material received at the site as per the required specifications & quality norms to avoid use of substandard material • Preparing method statement of all activity (RCC &
Finishing) • Inspecting and checking the executed works to ensure the quality • Doing Quality walk With PM.&
Site In-charge • Lab testing equipment & measurement tape calibration • Acceptance of Manufacturer’s test certificate of bought out items and material like cement, steel, construction chemicals etc.
Providing coordination of required quality control testing, reviewing results,



and submitting to management timely • Inspect the all incoming material at site in terms of quality of materials • Doing inspection at site structure. Column slab Finishing work Like Flooring, Granite work, Tile work, AAC Block Work, Gypsum plaster, Waterproofing work etc.
Arranging the Quality training to engineers, supervisors & labor’s regarding quality issues • To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil &
Finishing work at all stages • Ensuring the Block work In Bricks, Solid Block &
AAC Blocks AS per specification &
Methodology • Carrying out all Laboratory tests & finalize the mix designs as per IS Specifications • Must have proven knowledge of all IS specifications and rules Responsibilities[Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities.
