Job Responsibilities:
Assisting the Field Support Management
Handle requests for information and data
Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Updating the system and spreadsheets
Report Development
Performing various data entry requirements, such as updating and maintaining prices in Epos Tills, adding new products, creating promotions etc.

Skills required:
Good command over English language (writing and spoken)
Exceptional organizational skills
Good demonstration skills
Proficient with all aspects of Microsoft office programs including Outlook, Word & Excel
Attention to detail and able to identify inaccuracies effectively
Valuable interpersonal skills
Previous experience in handling customers in a busy firm
