We are looking for a Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact at Digital Nest. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, qualified appearance, and excellent communication skills to ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Maintain visitor logs and assist with administrative tasks
Provide accurate information about the organization when required
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in front office / receptionist / customer-facing roles (hospitality background preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage)
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management tools
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles
Individuals with a positive attitude and strong people-handling skills
