Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven PCD Sales Executive to expand our pharmaceutical franchise (PCD) business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new PCD franchise business opportunities.
- Identify and appoint new distributors and franchise partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Promote company products and explain product benefits to customers.




- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on business progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in PCD Pharma Sales or Pharmaceutical Sales.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and franchise business model.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Basic computer skills (MS EXCEL, MARG

Graduate degree preferred.
