Third Party Role

Payroll Inputs & F&F; Processing

Ensure accurate and timely processing of NAPS and NATS monthly payroll and Full & Final settlements, including validation of inputs, and recovery adjustments.

Audit Observations

Support Statutory compliance audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of recommendations for India .

Statutory Compliance

Ensure accurate calculation and timely remittance of statutory dues (PF, ESI, PT, and LWF).

Employee Payroll Queries

Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and PF for active and inactive employees, ensuring timely resolution within defined TAT.

Monthly Retention Payout

Ensure timely sharing of retention payout provisions with the IC Team,



and finalize payouts for active retention plans by gathering and validating inputs from concerned teams, followed by submission to the GOSC Team for processing.

Vendors Management

Ensure timely and accurate vendor provisioning in coordination with Finance, and process payments by validating invoices, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and company policies.

Contractual Employees' Payout

Ensure timely and accurate monthly provisioning in coordination with Finance, and timely processing of contractual employees’ invoices through the vendor portal.

Cross-functional Coordination

Collaborate with HRBP, Finance, Admin, and ISG teams to resolve F&F; discrepancies, recovery payments, and asset clearance for ex-employees.
