Job Title: Payroll Executive

Experience: 6 Months to 2 years

Key Responsibilities Area

- Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Governance

- Execute end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) administration, including monthly PF Challan Working, uploading monthly ECRs, updating PF Date of Exit, and filing PF Joint Declarations for employee data updates.
- Manage monthly Professional Tax (PT) Challan Working across state jurisdictions, ensuring accurate slab calculations and timely filings for Mumbai and Kolkata offices.




- Oversee monthly ESIC Challan Working and statutory compliance schedules specifically for regional branch operations in Mumbai and Kolkata.
- Drive full ownership of UAN / Member ID Generation for all current joinees during onboarding to maintain 100% compliance from Day 1.
- Draft and compile periodic Compliance Obligation Reports and coordinate the filing of statutory Returns for Mumbai and Kolkata regional authorities.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) to resolve employee PF queries, grievances, transfer requests, and withdrawal escalations.

2. Payroll Support & Exit Management
- Prepare, calculate, and validate comprehensive Full & Final (FNF) Input data for offboarding employees, including encashments, recoveries, and statutory payouts.
- Generate, verify, and issue Payroll-Related Letters
- Facilitate the offboarding workflow by drafting and delivering official Release Documents, experience certificates, and relieving letters.

3. HR Operations & Audit Readiness
- Administer the organization's Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP), guiding employees on component allocation and tax-saving declarations.
- Prepare and maintain HR Reporting Data, delivering key analytics on headcount trends, attrition, and operational metrics for leadership review.
- Maintain, organize,



and archive meticulous Audit Docs to guarantee 100% audit readiness for internal, external, and government statutory labor audits.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience:
- Domain Expertise: Thorough practical knowledge of Indian Statutory Compliance (EPFO, ESIC, PT laws for Maharashtra & West Bengal, Payment of Wages, Gratuity Act).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation) for high-volume payroll and compliance computations.
- Hands-on expertise navigating EPFO Unified Portal, ESIC portal, and regional PT portals.
