About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and responsible Patient Relations Intern to support patients throughout their healthcare journey. The intern will assist patients with their queries, coordinate appointments and treatment-related activities, maintain trackers, and ensure patients receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities

– Patient Relations InternKey Responsibilities

- To provide information to patients relating to Doctor Profiles, Consultation Procedures, Medical Treatment Procedures, Treatment Plans, etc.
- To be quick and proactive in counselling patients and assisting them regarding any concerns related to their treatment plan.
- To ensure that the patient’s Consultation and Medical Treatment Plan is coordinated on time.
- To maintain cordial relations with Hospitals and various Departments for smooth patient care.




- To ensure patients are satisfied with our services and value our support.
- To review and update website content related to doctors, hospitals, treatments, and other healthcare information, ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- To maintain and regularly update the appointment tracker, ensuring all appointment details and follow-ups are recorded accurately.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and understanding skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining trackers.
- Positive written English and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally with patients, hospitals, and internal teams.
- Proactive, empathetic, and willing to learn.
