Patient Counselling & Conversion Most Important ★ ● Listen to patients' pain concerns with empathy and build instant trust ● Explain our robotic treatments in simple, relatable language — not medical jargon ● Counsel patients on the benefits of non-invasive, drug-free robotic therapy ● Handle objections (cost, time, doubts) confidently and convert them into paid registrations ← KEY SKILL ● Follow up with walk-ins, WhatsApp leads, and phone enquiries to close registrations Daily Operations ● Greet and register patients; maintain accurate patient records ● Manage appointment scheduling for physiotherapists and robotic sessions ● Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain Daily Collection Report (DCR)
