Role Description The Patient Care Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. The coordinator will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide clear information about procedures and follow-up care, and maintain accurate patient records in coordination with clinical staff.

Daily tasks include supporting care coordination between patients, doctors, and diagnostic services, verifying basic medical information, and assisting with front-desk operations. The role requires consistent,



professional communication, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Appointment Scheduling and Care Coordination to manage patient visits and support continuity of care.
- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Patient Care skills to provide courteous, clear, and empathetic communication.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Medical Terminology to understand and relay basic clinical information accurately.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with clinic management or electronic medical record systems are beneficial.
