Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive who will handle end-to-end hiring – from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have basic recruitment knowledge and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring needs from different departments
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Conduct screening calls for applied Candidates




Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and managers
Maintain candidate database and update hiring trackers
Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding process
Ensure a smooth experience for all candidates

Requirements
Graduate in any field (preferably in HR or Business)
1–2 years of experience in recruitment
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
