Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Oncology Technology, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Certification or registration with the relevant national regulatory body (e.g., AERB in India) is preferred.
Strong foundational knowledge of radiation physics, anatomy, and oncology treatment modalities.
Familiarity with treatment planning systems (e.g., Eclipse, Pinnacle) and image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) techniques.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a high-pressure clinical workplace.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work versatile shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed.
