Role Description:
This is a full time in office role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Navi Mumbai.
The Recruitment
Specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. They will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The candidate may also be involved in HR Operations, as required occasionally.
Qualifications:
Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills
Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in conducting training sessions
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
