Experience: Minimum 2 years in insurance broking, especially in an agency role.

We are seeking a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager with a background in insurance broking. The role involves recruiting and supporting partners/agents to drive sales through our agency network.

Key Responsibilities
Should be from insurance broking background and having 2+ years experience in agency role background.
Sound knowledge of insurance in retail Motor insurance.
Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents.
Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.




Helping Partners/Agents in the sales calls by traveling with them for the same and taking the onus of closure of sales.
Conduct continuous agent training program.

Requirements

Skills Required
Candidates should have Insurance experience.
Should be willing to travel extensively.
Should be sales driven.
Robust understanding of market trends & competition products.
Good convincing power and valuable communication skills both verbal and written.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
