Role Description The Parts Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing the parts department, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing automotive parts and accessories.

The Parts

Manager ensures accurate inventory levels, timely availability of parts, and compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with service and sales teams, managing vendor relationships, monitoring stock movement, and implementing processes to enhance customer satisfaction.



The role also involves maintaining records, preparing reports, and guiding team members to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

- Strong inventory management and control skills, including Inventory Management and Inventory Control.
- Experience with service parts operations, including Service Parts handling and coordination.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction supported by solid Customer Service skills.
- Ability to analyze stock movement, forecast demand, and optimize parts availability.
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership or parts management role is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory or dealership management software and basic MS Office tools.
- Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
- Relevant diploma or degree in automotive, commerce, or business management is an advantage.
