Role Overview

We are looking for a Paid Media Buyer who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete campaign lifecycle — from media planning and campaign setup to optimization, performance analysis, reporting, and scaling. You should have a strong understanding of performance marketing and be able to make data-driven decisions that improve ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.

This is a full time, in-office position based in Indore. The selected candidate will be required to work from our office and collaborate closely with internal teams as well as local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop media strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign goals.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, placements, creatives, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and overall efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
- Conduct ongoing testing of audiences, creatives, ad formats, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Track and report key performance metrics and provide clear recommendations for improvement.




- Work closely with creative, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, targeting capabilities, tracking systems, and performance marketing trends.
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and reporting across platforms.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid media buying, campaign management, optimization, and media planning.
- Ability to develop and execute media strategies based on business and marketing goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and CAC.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, campaign testing, and budget allocation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present campaign insights and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in performance marketing, marketing analytics, media buying, or business intelligence will be an advantage.

Important — Work Location

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Indore. We are specifically looking for candidates who are available to work from our Indore office on a full-time basis. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.

Compensation: ₹4–6 LPA, based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
