Qualification: B.Sc / B.E / Diploma in Packaging / Printing / Food / Polymer Technology or equivalent.

Experience: 10+ years in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Consumer Goods.

Preferred Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG / Snacks / Breakfast Cereals / Instant Mixes / Spices / Ready-to-Eat.

CTC : 12-14 LPA

What You'll Do:

- Drive cost-optimization through material substitution, downgauging, design optimization, and alternate structures — without compromising quality or shelf life.
- Lead packaging re-engineering across laminates, mono cartons, labels, jars, pouches, corrugated boxes, and flexible films.
- Conduct packaging trials, validations, and track cost savings from EPD initiatives.
- Develop functional, cost-effective, and visually appealing packaging for recent product launches, in close coordination with R&D; and Marketing.
- Manage artwork development, approvals, version control, and packaging change management.
- Identify, evaluate,



and qualify vendors; conduct audits and support commercial negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, labeling norms, and export/customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in packaging quality, cost, and sustainability.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong technical knowledge of flexible laminates, mono cartons, labels, corrugated boxes, rigid packaging, and stand-up pouches.
- Proven experience in packaging cost optimization and EPD projects.
- Solid understanding of printing, artwork approvals, and the packaging development process.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Knowledge of FSSAI packaging regulations.
- A data-driven, hands-on, result-oriented approach.
