About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Engineer to support semiconductor operations. The role is responsible for cleaning, inspection, packaging, labeling, traceability, contamination control, documentation, and continuous improvement activities within cleanroom manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning and inspection of semiconductor parts, equipment components, and precision assemblies.
- Ensure parts are free from dust, particles, oil, grease, moisture, and fingerprints before packaging.
- Follow cleanroom protocols, gowning requirements, contamination control, and ESD practices.
- Package semiconductor components using approved packaging methods and materials.
- Ensure accurate labeling, identification, and complete traceability of packaged products.
- Maintain packaging, inspection, and shipment records and generate operational reports.
- Investigate packaging-related failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor packaging performance metrics and drive process improvements.
- Stay updated on semiconductor packaging materials, technologies, and industry standards.





Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Materials, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- Up to 2 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, precision engineering, or cleanroom environments.

Skills & Knowledge

- Knowledge of cleanroom classes, contamination control, particle monitoring, and semiconductor component handling.
- Understanding of approved cleaning chemicals, wipes, gloves, bags, and packaging consumables.
- Basic ESD awareness and grounding practices.
- Experience with SOPs, work instructions, quality systems, and safety requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
- Valuable reporting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in ISO-certified cleanroom manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment components and packaging requirements.
