Desired Skills & Experience
Role requires an Individual Contributor with robust hands-on experience, which is a critical requirement.
Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to handle issues effectively and challenges within the area of specialization and develop simple application solutions.
Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
Hands-on development and implementation experience with applications such as Active Directory (AD), Workday, Multiplex, Web Services, and JDBC.
Hands-on experience in:
Access Review implementation
Policy Violation handling
Writing Custom Rules with familiarity in BeanShell coding
Experience in development and implementation of Tasks and Events including Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and Reinstate processes.




Exposure to and knowledge of writing custom workflows to meet specific business requirements.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
Experience in designing and working with REST APIs.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and experience working with Jira.

Duties & Responsibilities
Work in shift-based schedules; shift allowances will be provided as applicable.
Deliver high-quality work with unit testing completed.
Ensure timely delivery of tasks while meeting all project deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution
