Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager – IT Products to drive current business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets for our IT solutions, including Zoho products and related services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for IT products and solutions.
Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations (primarily Zoho solutions) and follow up on proposals.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to deliver solutions successfully.
Stay updated with industry trends, product enhancements, and competitor activities.





Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in IT product sales, SaaS sales, CRM/ERP sales, or similar technology products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred:
Experience in selling Zoho Products, CRM/ERP solutions, or SaaS platforms.
Existing network or database of potential customers in SME or corporate sectors.
Familiarity with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
