About the Role"

We are looking for an experienced UC/Voice Engineer to join our team and provide strong L3 troubleshooting and engineering support. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Phone/Teams Calling, Direct Routing, SBC configuration, voice routing policies, dial plans, and PSTN connectivity.

"Responsibilities"

- Troubleshoot and engineer enterprise UC/Voice solutions.
- Configure and support Microsoft Teams Phone/Teams Calling.
- Manage Direct Routing, SBC configuration, voice routing policies, and dial plans.
- Analyze and troubleshoot SIP signaling, call setup, codec negotiation, and RTP/media-flow.
- Handle Cisco CUCM components including Call Manager, Unity Connection, Expressway, and voice gateways.
- Troubleshoot Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams coexistence environments.
- Understand SBC architecture and voice routing.
- Troubleshoot QoS, latency, jitter, packet loss, and voice-quality issues.
- Lead enterprise-scale voice migrations and production cutovers.




- Manage incidents, perform RCA, and handle problem management.
- Provide technical direction to L1/L2 teams for complex L3 escalations.

"Required Skills"
- 8+ years of enterprise UC/Voice experience with strong L3 troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Phone/Teams Calling.
- Expertise in Direct Routing, SBC configuration, voice routing policies, dial plans, and PSTN connectivity.
- Advanced SIP troubleshooting skills.
- Robust Cisco CUCM experience.
- Experience with voice migrations and production cutovers.
- Incident management, RCA, and problem-management experience.
- Ability to handle complex L3 escalations independently.

"Desirable Skills"
- Knowledge of QoS, latency, jitter, and packet loss.
