Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible OT Technician Fresher to assist the medical and nursing team in the smooth and protected functioning of the Operation Theatre.

- Assist in preparing the Operation Theatre before procedures and surgeries.
- Arrange and check surgical instruments, equipment, and required supplies.
- Assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures as instructed.
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control practices.
- Ensure OT instruments and equipment are cleaned and properly stored.
- Prepare OT for the next scheduled procedure.
- Maintain OT records, stock, and inventory of consumables.
- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection-control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the OT area.




- Report any equipment malfunction or shortage of supplies to the concerned senior.

- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and infection-control practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Relevant internship/training will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
