Team members collaborate closely to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes for a diverse patient po pulation.Role Description The Orthopedic Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term management strategies, as well as maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed.

on-site role based at SwastyaPhysio in Bengaluru, requiring consistent patient interaction and participation in clinic processes and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with a focus on orthopedic or musculoskeletal care.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for explaining treatment plans, educating patients, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Solid documentation and organizational skills to manage patient records, treatment notes, and follow-up plans accurately.
- Up-to-date professional registration or licensure as required by local regulatory authorities, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru, with a patient-centered approach and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Experience in outpatient physiotherapy or orthopedic clinical settings is preferred; familiarity with pain management and post-surgical rehabilitation is an advantage.
