Role Description The Organisation Psychology & Research Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the design and execution of organizational research projects, including creating survey instruments, conducting interviews or focus groups, and data collection. Day-to-day work will involve analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, preparing summaries and reports, and contributing to insights that inform client recommendations.

The intern will help develop presentations and research-based content for clients, collaborate with consultants on ongoing projects, and support documentation and project coordination.



The role offers exposure to applied organizational psychology, evidence-based consulting practices, and client-facing work in a professional setting.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in organizational/industrial psychology, human behavior, or related social sciences, with ongoing or completed graduate or postgraduate studies preferred.
- Research skills including literature review, research design, survey development, and basic statistical analysis (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar tools).
- Ability to analyze qualitative data, synthesize insights, and translate findings into transparent, practical recommendations.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for reports, presentations, and professional client interactions.
- High level of attention to detail, critical thinking, and comfort working with data and evidence-based approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Interest in workplace culture, employee experience, and organizational development; prior internships or projects in these areas are an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to psychometric tools or organizational surveys is a plus.
