Job Profile: Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Consultant – Offshore

Location: Any Saksoft Location

Work Mode – Hybrid (3 days onsite mandatory)

Preferred experience: 10+ years The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor and experience working with US clients or the US market.

The candidate will be responsible for functional design, configuration, data mapping, testing, reporting, integrations, migration and reconciliation activities related to Oracle HCM Time and Labor. The role requires solid understanding of schedules, shifts, timecards, punches, breaks and payroll hours, along with hands-on experience in BI Publisher, Oracle HCM data models, SQL and HCM integrations.

Responsibilities:

· Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor (OTL).

· Configure and support schedules, shifts, timecards, punches, breaks and payroll hours.

· Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

· Prepare functional designs, process mappings and configuration documents.

· Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports based on business requirements.





· Work with the Oracle HCM data model and SQL for reporting, validation and analysis.

· Design and support SOAP/REST API and Oracle HCM integrations.

· Participate in migration activities from Kronos or other time-management platforms to Oracle Fusion OTL.

· Prepare detailed source-to-target mappings for data migration.

· Define and implement data validation, transformation, reconciliation and error-handling rules.

· Perform functional testing, integration testing, data validation and reconciliation.

· Analyze and resolve functional and data-related issues.

· Collaborate with technical, integration, payroll and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

· Support data migration and ensure data accuracy between source and target systems.

· Provide functional support throughout implementation and post-go-live activities.

Must - Have Qualifications:

· Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Time and Labor.

· Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor (OTL).

· Experience with schedules, shifts, timecards, punches, breaks and payroll hours.

· Hands-on experience with BI Publisher report development.

· Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Model and SQL.

· Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and Oracle HCM integrations.

· Experience migrating from Kronos or other time-management platforms.

· Strong experience in functional design, mapping, testing and reconciliation.

· Experience preparing source-to-target mappings.

· Strong understanding of data validation, transformation, reconciliation and error handling.

· US client / US market experience is mandatory.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Oracle Fusion Absence Management.

· Experience working on large-scale Oracle HCM implementations.

· Experience with US-based workforce/time-management processes.

· Experience with end-to-end OTL data migration and reconciliation.

· Strong understanding of payroll-related time processing.
