Oracle Technical Consultant – OIC

Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and third-party systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in OIC integrations, REST/SOAP services, Oracle Cloud technical components, and integration troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build App-Driven, Scheduled, File-Based, and API-led integrations.
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP web services.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM with external applications.
- Work with OIC adapters such as ERP, HCM, REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, and Database adapters.
- Develop data mappings and transformations using XML, JSON, XSLT, and XPath.
- Configure error handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of OIC integrations.
- Develop and support BI Publisher Reports, FBDI, HDL, OTBI, and ADFDI solutions.




- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.
- Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath.
- Positive experience with FBDI, HDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Knowledge of OCI concepts and integration security (OAuth, SSL, JWT).
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of integrations.
- Understanding of integration patterns, orchestration, and API management.

Good to Have

- Oracle VBCS experience.
- Oracle SOA Suite / OSB experience.
- Oracle Cloud certifications (OIC/Fusion/OCI).
- Experience in EBS to Fusion migration projects.
- Exposure to DevOps/CI-CD practices.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
