We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Technical-Functional Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure advanced OTM Workflow Agents and business processes.
- Work extensively with OTM Data Model, XML Schema, configurations, and architecture.
- Design and develop OTM integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Perform performance tuning, scalability configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technicalfunctional solutions.
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver quality solutions.




- Contribute to process improvement and successful end-to-end implementation.

? Must Have Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle OTM experience.
- Strong knowledge of OTM configuration and architecture.
- Expertise in Workflow Agents, Data Model, XML Schema, and Integrations.
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience.
- Experience with performance tuning, scalability, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Solid customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
