Oracle OSS/BSS Engineer – Mid-Level | 3+ Years | English B1+

We are looking for experienced Oracle OSS/BSS Engineers to join a challenging Telecommunications project with an international enterprise environment.

What You’ll Work OnDepending on your expertise, you may work across Oracle BSS or OSS platforms, including:

Oracle BSS Engineer

- Oracle BRM, Siebel CRM, OSM, PDC, ECE
- Order management, billing, charging, product catalog, and CRM integration
- Custom workflows, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Java, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, SQL
- SIT, UAT, production deployment, and technical troubleshooting

Oracle OSS Engineer

- Oracle OSM, UIM, ASAP, SOM, Design Studio
- Service fulfillment, provisioning, and inventory management
- Telecom services across FTTx, 5G, Mobile, and Fixed environments
- Enterprise and third-party system integrations
- Automation, release management, incident troubleshooting, and performance monitoring





Requirements3+ years of professional experience with Oracle OSS/BSS platforms

Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle products such as BRM, Siebel, OSM, PDC, ECE, UIM, ASAP, SOM, or Design Studio

Solid programming experience in Java, PL/SQL, Python, or C++

Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases

Experience with enterprise system integration and APIs

Understanding of Telecommunications OSS/BSS processes

Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JMS, or Kafka

English proficiency at B1+ level

Nice to Have• Experience with major OSS/BSS platform upgrades or transformation projects

- Experience in telecom service fulfillment, network management, or provisioning
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards such as eTOM and SID
