Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with hands-on experience in Taleo to Oracle Fusion HCM data migration.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform data migration from Oracle Taleo to Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Analyze, extract, transform, map and validate Taleo data.
- Develop data mapping between Taleo and Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Work with HDL, FBDI, TCC and/or OIC for data migration and integration.
- Perform data reconciliation, validation and error resolution.
- Support migration testing, UAT and production migration.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful data migration.

Required Skills




- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Hands-on Oracle Taleo experience.
- Proven experience in Taleo → Oracle Fusion HCM migration.
- Good knowledge of HDL/FBDI and HCM data structures.
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is preferred.
- Solid data mapping, migration and validation skills.

Preferred
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience in Taleo data extraction using TCC.
- Experience handling large-volume HCM data migration projects.
