This full-time, on-site position will be based in the vibrant region of Punjab, covering cities including Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana, and Jalandhar. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies and enhancing customer engagement within the insurance industry.

In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans that align with our company’s goals. You will work closely with our sales team to foster relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey. This position offers a competitive salary range of ₹400,000 - ₹900,000 annually, along with prospects for growth and development in a thriving industry.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets




Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand awareness
Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
