Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs from offshore. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution of SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation / rollout / upgrade projects
Manage project lifecycle including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
Drive offshore delivery governance and coordinate with onsite/client stakeholders
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budget
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices
Lead cross-functional teams (functional, technical, BASIS, integration)
Conduct status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication
Handle resource planning, utilization, and team performance management
Drive quality assurance, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
Support pre-sales, estimations, and solutioning when required

Required Skills & Experience:




15+ years of overall IT experience with strong SAP project management background
Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield / Brownfield / Rollouts)
Solid knowledge of SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) and integration points
Experience managing global/offshore delivery models
Expertise in Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid delivery models (SAFe preferred)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience handling large teams (20–100+ members)
Valuable understanding of SAP BTP, integrations, and cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Activate / PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications
Experience in multi-country rollout programs
Exposure to RISE with SAP / Cloud transformations
Experience in at least two industries verticals such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, or Life Sciences

Soft Skills:
Solid leadership and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Problem-solving and risk management mindset

Additional Information:
Candidate should be flexible to work in the US time zones
Strong experience in offshore delivery coordination is mandatory
