Job Title: SAP SSAM Consultant

> Role Overview The SAP SSAM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) solutions within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. This role focuses on enabling effective field service and asset management processes through mobile solutions, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems and optimising user experience.

> Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
Lead end-to-end SSAM implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Integrate SSAM with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and other relevant modules (MM, QM).
Customise SSAM applications and Fiori apps using SAP BTP and RAP frameworks.

Solution Design & Integration:
Develop scalable SSAM architecture aligned with SAP best practices.
Ensure secure integration with third-party applications and mobile platforms.
Support offline and online functionality for field technicians.

Project Execution
Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.




Collaborate with stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 8–10 years of SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle SSAM implementations.
Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP EAM/PM, Fiori, and SAP BTP.
Familiarity with MDK (Mobile Development Kit) and Dynamic Forms (positive-to-have).
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, OData services, and mobile device management.
Good problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Functional Knowledge
Deep understanding of maintenance processes and mobile integration.
Experience in asset lifecycle management and field service operations.

Other Requirements
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work in agile environments and manage stakeholder expectations.
SAP Certification in EAM/PM or SSAM preferred.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., utilities, oil & gas).
Regional experience in ANZ or similar markets.
