Job Summary

BlitzenX is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Learning and Oracle Fusion Compensation modules.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing configuration, validation, testing, enhancements, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Learning and Compensation solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and implementation teams to deliver robust and scalable Oracle HCM solutions that align with organizational objectives.

This role requires a functional expert who can support solution design, system upgrades, business process improvements, testing activities, and post-production support while ensuring a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Compensation

- Resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Base Compensation and Workforce Compensation.
- Gather enhancement requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and solution specifications.
- Develop test scenarios and execute SIT/UAT testing activities.
- Support migration and deployment activities across environments.
- Provide functional expertise and recommendations on compensation processes and best practices.
- Support Oracle quarterly releases and new feature adoption.

Oracle Learning
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Learning module.
- Assist with learning administration, assignments, and learning journeys.
- Manage learning process enhancements and optimization initiatives.
- Support testing, validation,



and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve learning experiences and adoption.

Stakeholder Management &
- Support

- Partner with HR, Talent Management, and Business teams to understand requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis and recommend effective solutions.
- Participate in project status meetings and client discussions.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and project deliverables.

Documentation &
- Knowledge Transfer

- Create and maintain:
- User Guides
- Process Documents
- Training Materials
- Knowledge Transfer Documentation
- Configuration Documentation

- Support end-user training and ongoing system administration activities.

Required Skills &

- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Learning.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Base Compensation and Workforce Compensation.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
- Experience in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Understanding of compensation-related HR processes and best practices.
- Expertise in requirement gathering and functional documentation.
- Experience supporting Oracle quarterly upgrades and release testing.

Employment Clause

This is a Full-Time opportunity with BlitzenX.

Selected candidates will be deployed to a client engagement under the client's contractor/vendor model while continuing as full-time employees of BlitzenX.
