Role Description TNow Hiring: Optometrist – Patient Care & Sales | EyesphereEyesphere is looking for an energetic Optometrist who can combine clinical skills with excellent patient interaction.
Role:
- Conduct eye screenings at patients’ homes and partner locations
- Patient counselling and explaining reports/recommendations
- Support conversion of patients into further consultation, treatment or surgery
- Manage patient relationships and follow-ups
- Coordinate with doctors and the operations team
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Solid communication and patient counselling skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced optical/eye-care retail or healthcare setup
- Comfortable with field visits and at-home eye screening
- Sales orientation and ability to build patient trust
- Ability to independently manage operations and patients
Position: Optometrist / Patient Care & Sales Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹25,000–₹28,000 per month
