Role Description The Operations Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves coordinating daily freight forwarding activities, including shipment planning, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

The Operations Team

Member will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to manage logistics processes, resolve operational issues, and support service quality.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, monitoring service performance, assisting with project-related tasks, and supporting sales and account teams with operational inputs.



The role requires adherence to company procedures, continuous process improvement, and proactive communication to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and customer relationship skills to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to handle logistics workflows, documentation, and process compliance.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to support execution of complex shipments and special logistics assignments.
- Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
