InstaCash is looking for an Operations Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day operations, team productivity, MIS reporting, asset/stock management, receivables, and operational coordination.
? What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead and manage a team of 5–7 Operations Executives
- Allocate work, monitor productivity & follow up on pending tasks
- Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports
- Maintain operational dashboards and track KPIs
- Work extensively on Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, etc.
- Manage stock and company assets, including reconciliation and discrepancy reporting
- Track asset movement, allocation, receipt and handover
- Coordinate pick-up & drop activities
- Monitor receivables and follow up on pending collections
- Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
? What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–6 years of experience in Operations / Team Handling / MIS
✅ Experience managing a team of 5–7 members
✅ Strong MIS reporting & analytical skills
✅ Advanced Excel proficiency
✅ Understanding of inventory/stock & asset reconciliation
✅ Strong coordination, communication & organizational skills
✅ Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
✅ ERP/CRM or inventory management experience will be an added advantage
? Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Management or a related field. MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
